After more than four hours of travel on the air we arrived in Vietnam early in the morning, we decided to ate breakfast in every one’s favorite McDonald’s. After it we just wait in the departure area of Noi Bai Airport and get your Vietnam visa on arrival with approval letter. Taken in the front of Vietnam Immigration where we went for visa changed, from tourist to Vietnam visa or the dependent visa. All you need to bring is your passport, marriage contract and your husband employment certificate with his ARC. When you came there go directly at the right wing and get a number by yourself and fill-up a form you need then wait for the number to be called in a respective table. Oh, before I forgot you need to buy first a “revenue stamps” before waiting for your number to be called. There is a stair going down, just near the right wing, just follow it and ask revenue stamp. When your number is flashed on the screen, go to the table where you see your number and submit your papers, then you will be given a specific date where to get back to claim your passport with change visa. They will also give you a paper in order you can claim it.
We waited for few hours and then we took the service bus of Tune Hotels, we found out you can’t check-in until 10 o’clock in the morning so no choice but we have to wait until the check-in time, you can find lot of people with their luggage’s in the lobby.
After about two hours of waiting, sleeping in the sofa all guests are able to check-in when ten o’clock strikes, then we find out later you can have an early check-in as long as you are going to pay more. After bath we sleep for about two hours then check-out and return to the nearby airport, we had a flight to Bangladesh at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
If you’re going to Vietnam and looking for a hotel nearby, Tune Hotels is the best choice but remember to book online on hotels in Hanoi as early as you can because it is always full. It happened to us last year we didn’t book so we had to look for another hotel which is a very far from the airport.
